With a background of 7 years running a non-profit equitable education program in NZ, he is passionate about educating at scale, and his teachings receive millions of monthly views on social media. Justin leads the research and development, product development, and innovation initiatives of iCanStudy.
Michael is an experienced education consultant, business coach, and speaker. Over the last 15 years, he has created multiple education start-ups and headed the training and development departments across numerous organisations. His mission is to help learners develop the skills and growth mindset needed to thrive in today's competitive, ever-evolving world. Michael leads the business strategy and growth for iCanStudy.
Ashton is a former secondary school mathematics teacher and private educator. After years of teaching, he realised that student learning had been compromised in favour of teaching an outdated curriculum. He eventually co-founded a leading Australian education company and spearheaded the teaching and learning program for over 5000 students entering medicine and dentistry degrees. Ashton leads our student engagement efforts to ensure that every learner receives the support they need on their learning journey.
Archer is a former top academic turned operations mastermind. He was a previous nationally ranked, multi-award-winning student who became a senior learning coach for iCanStudy. Since then, Archer's interest in operational and team efficiency has allowed him to develop deep expertise in operations and logistics. He now leads iCanStudy's operational growth across a range of complex initiatives.
Irisha oversees our projects and manages daily tasks to ensure that everything functions smoothly. She works with the leadership team to optimise operational processes and workflows and ensure that the company meets its goals efficiently and effectively. Jennifer oversees and manages iCanStudy's major projects and initiatives. Jennifer has almost a decade of experience working with practitioners and decision-makers in the healthcare and education fields. Her mission-driven attitude, unwavering dedication, and attention to detail has been instrumental in helping iCanStudy transform the global education landscape.
Arnav leads the YouTube strategy and execution, working alongside Dr. Justin Sung to create educational, engaging social media content. He is passionate about delivering impactful content that inspires and empowers learners worldwide. Over the years, Arnav has built a reputation as one of the top, most sought-after YouTube strategists in the world. He works with and consults some of the world’s biggest creators, accumulating over 100 million YouTube views per month for the channels he works with.
Tanzeer coaches and advises the learners on the iCanStudy program. He is a program alumnus himself and a national multi-award recipient who ranked in the top 0.05% of Australian secondary schools. After receiving 200+ hours of training from Dr. Justin Sung and personally coaching hundreds of learners from a diverse range of backgrounds, Tanzeer has quickly developed a world-class expertise in coaching and applying learning science in practice. With a deep interest in learning science, AI, and the intersection between the two, Tanzeer is also intimately involved in developing iCanStudy's novel AI solutions in the learning science space.
